Course Description / Overview

The Certificate III in Business Administration Legal teaches the skills and knowledge today’s legal support professionals need in order to provide effective support to legal practitioners. In addition to foundational administration skills such as learning to type and producing various kinds of business documentation, you will learn about the people and institutions that make up the Australian legal system, how to use legal terminology, how to maintain privacy and confidentiality in legal environments, how to search public records databases, and how to prepare and deliver court documentation.

  • BSBLEG305 Use legal terminology in order to carry out tasks
Duration
  • Flexible up to 24 weeks (online)

  • This course uses highly-interactive eLearning materials developed specifically for online study (no more boring PowerPoints and PDFs!) and which are fully compatible with your smartphone or tablet. However you will still need a laptop or desktop computer in order to complete assessment.
