Course Description / Overview

Note: The BSB training package has been modified. Students enrolled in this course MUST complete all the requirements of the course no later than 15 February 2021.

The Certificate III in Business Administration teaches the skills and knowledge today’s office support professionals need. You will learn office skills such as how to organise schedules, process accounts payable and receivable and how to design and produce business documents.

Pathways into the qualification
Candidates may enter the qualification through a number of entry points including:


·         Certificate II in Business or other relevant qualification, OR

·         with vocational experience in a range of work environments in senior support roles but without a qualification.

Pathways from the qualification

After achieving this qualification candidates may choose to undertake Certificate IV in Business or a range of other  qualifications.

Entry Requirements
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills equivalent to at least Year 10
Qualification and recognition

Students who successfully complete this qualification will be awarded the nationally recognised qualification BSB30415 Certificate III in Business Administration.

No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.
