Course Description / Overview

This qualification teaches a range of well-developed hospitality service, sales or operational skills and sound knowledge of industry operations.

Please note that students studying this course via a traineeship pathway may receive training and assessment (and associated support services) from the Australian Multicultural Employment Association (AMEA), a partner of Protea College. * Please note this unit requires students to provide hospitality service to customers for a minimum of 36 complete service periods (shifts) in a real hospitality environment. While Protea College and/or it’s 3rd Party Partners may provide assistance with locating a suitable workplace in which to complete this work placement, students are ultimately responsible for locating their own suitable workplace in which to complete the placement.
