Seema brings over a decade of experience in managing, training and leading large, diverse workforces internationally and
domestically to her role as a trainer with Protea College. Highly qualified in the fields of HR and business administration, Seema has taught at TAFE institutes and RTOs throughout Australia. An active member of the Fiji Human Resources Institute and Australian Human Resource Institute, Seema strives to empower students with the skills to succeed in her industry.
Michael has had a long and distinguished career in hospital and health administration. He has worked in both public and private health systems, and is currently clinical services director for a leading private hospital. He is passionate about helping develop quality staff for the health sector and has worked extensively with staff in the Medical Administration field recruiting and managing ward clerks and medical/hospital administrative and reception staff.
As Head of English, Jonny leads Protea College's trainers in the delivery of our General English and IELTS Preparation courses. Drawing on his wealth of ESL teaching experience inside Australia and abroad, Jonny ensures Protea College's students develop their English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills to the fullest possible extent.

Tolly has worked at all levels in the hospitality industry for over ten years. Starting with a hospitality traineeship that she completed while still at school, she has worked in Australia and overseas at venues that vary from laid-back cafes to high-end restaurants, in roles from waitress and barista to area manager responsible for the operations of multiple busy cafes.
Alan has over a decade of experience as an international and domestic vocational trainer within the qualifications of the Diplomas of Events, Business, Leadership and Management and Project Management.
His professional career has included the design, construction and management of entertainment and convention centres and the delivery of international and national events. Alan now looks to pass on his wealth of knowledge to his students - “What we have learned from others becomes our own reflection.” (Ralph Waldo Emerson)
Paul delivers General English training to students at our Brisbane campus. No matter their proficiency level, Paul's students benefit from his professional background, which ensure his lessons teach them 'real world', practical English.
Originally from Manchester UK, Tom has over 30 years teaching experience ranging from high school to adult learners at school, TAFE and university levels in UK, Australia and overseas. Tom has taught and developed programmes such as writing, individualised learning, English for Academic Purposes, Cambridge Proficiency, and specially developed courses such as English for Hospitality and English for Medical Purposes. He has taught English as a Second Language to learners in Brunei Darussalam (9 years) and more recently Hong Kong (10 years). Tom has a passion for teaching and helping students to develop their potential. His other passions are learning languages, football (Manchester City) swimming, rugby, music, writing and the Sunshine Coast.

Her undergraduate degree in primary education and patient, thorough teaching style ensure our beginner and elementary students are never confused or lost during class.

Peter aims to create memorable learning opportunities for students by using engaging examples, personal anecdotes and case studies in his classes.
