Jack has worked as an administrator, manager, and staff trainer for several Registered Training Organisations over a number of years. He has also worked overseas as an ESL teacher/trainer, which helps him to relate to and successfully communicate with students of different cultural and linguistic backgrounds. He is passionate about education and passing on the practical business and operational skills needed in today’s office workplaces.
Steve has worked as a business and management trainer for some of Australia’s largest training organisations. In addition to a wealth of knowledge and experience as a trainer, Steve’s background in community services work helps him connect with his students and he takes a personal interest in helping them succeed through their training.
Michael has had a long and distinguished career in hospital and health administration. He has worked in both public and private health systems, and is currently clinical services director for a leading private hospital. He is passionate about helping develop quality staff for the health sector and has worked extensively with staff in the Medical Administration field recruiting and managing ward clerks and medical/hospital administrative and reception staff.
Tolly has worked at all levels in the hospitality industry for over ten years. Starting with a hospitality traineeship that she completed while still at school, she has worked in Australia and overseas at venues that vary from laid-back cafes to high-end restaurants, in roles from waitress and barista to area manager responsible for the operations of multiple busy cafes.
Alan has had 10 years’ experience as an International and domestic vocational trainer within the qualifications of the Diplomas of Events, Business, Leadership and Management and Project Management.
His professional career has included the design, construction and management of Entertainment and Convention centers and the delivery of international and national events.

Giselle's deep knowledge of Protea College's courses and the international education system in Australia make her every student's best friend. Originally from Manchester UK, Tom has over 30 years teaching experience ranging from high school to adult learners at school, TAFE and university levels in UK, Australia and overseas. In TAFE, he was an English as a Second Language Lecturer and taught and developed programmes such as writing, individualised learning, English for Academic Purposes, Cambridge Proficiency, and specially developed courses such as English for Hospitality and English for Medical Purposes. He later became Executive Officer, TAFE Language Services with responsibility for the management and co-ordination of English Language Programmes for Immigrants in TAFE Colleges and Institutes throughout Queensland. He has taught English as a Second Language to learners in Brunei Darussalam (9 years) and more recently Hong Kong (10 years) holding Head of Department positions. Tom has a passion for teaching and helping students to develop their potential. His other passions are learning languages, football (Manchester City) swimming, rugby, music, writing and the Sunshine Coast.
