- 18 years or older
- Never completed a diploma or higher qualification
- Must be an Australian citizen
- Must be available to attend classes at Protea College (RTO: 41117 | CRICOS: 03415G) Brisbane CBD campus from 9am to 1pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 38 weeks
